About the Role
As a MarTech Coordinator, you will play a key role in bringing HBF’s member engagement strategy to life through the delivery of targeted lifecycle campaigns and marketing journeys. Working within the Member Engagement team, you’ll support the design, execution and optimisation of communications across our marketing automation platform, ensuring a high standard of quality, accuracy and member experience.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
A Day in the Life
You might start your day designing and building engaging, personalised emails for members to help them get the most out of their cover. Before lunch you'll pivot into analysing performance and sharing insights with the team on what's working well and where we might need to redesign to improve future campaigns. Before the day ends, you'll QA a new journey build, and check-in with the rest of the MarTech team on best practice to ensure everything you deliver is both technically sound and genuinely member‑focused.
About You
You are a detail-oriented and collaborative marketing professional with a passion for digital engagement and customer communications. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in delivering high-quality work, and are keen to build your capability in marketing automation and MarTech.
